Project Examples
Below is a list of ‘projects’ that could be delivered in your retainer on a weekly basis.
For each ‘project’ you are receiving a grouping of design ‘assets’ which are listed below. When we have our monthly planning call I’ll ask you to share your ‘dream list’ and then we will look at timelines and launches and determine priority projects as well as which assets will be included in each project.
At that point you will receive a to-do list so that you can gather anything that I need to get started on the projects. You’ll have full clarity on delivery dates and progress inside of your Notion board.
First, how many projects do you get per month?

Lock that in and then explore the list of potential projects below ↓ and take note of what would feel most supportive.
The projects are designed in a way to provide a number of design assets for one specific thing in your business. Ie: ad graphics for one offer OR a bank of social media carousel posts OR a slide deck. This allows my creative energy to remain focused and intentional and not spread out between handfuls of things in one week. It also helps us to organize launches and plan deadlines because you may want 3 or 4 ‘projects’ completed before you launch an offer.
For example:
Week 1: Offer Branding. Week 2: Module / Lesson Covers.
Week 3: Slide Deck. Week 4: Social Media Bank.
Social Media Content
The following examples are one project each.

3-4 carousel posts = one project.
3 carousels if there are 5 or more slides in each.
4 carousels if the slides are 4 or less.

10 static graphics = one project.

One banner with 3 carousel posts (behind the banner) = one project.
Alternatively, if the banner is one static banner (no swipe posts) this can be considered one carousel post in the carousel bank.

3-4 story sequences = one project.
3 sequences if there are 5 or more slides in each.
4 sequences if the slides are 4 or less.

10 static story-size graphics = one project.
Offer Branding
Some of the designs listed here are considered MORE THAN ONE project.
Anything marked with a * is only included in the design and build or creative operations retainer.

Set of Story Backgrounds

Up to 3 designs = one project.
Presentation-size module / lesson covers that work alongside the main offer branding.
Depending on how many modules and lesson covers are needed this project MAY also include the title switches for all modules / lessons in the course. This will need to be discussed on our call.

A bank of offer mock-ups = one project.
A variation of 10 or so ‘mock-up’ designs using cellphone, ipad or laptop frames in various ways.
It is best to have the basic offer branding as well as module / lesson covers and/or guide designs completed beforehand so that they can also be included in the mock-ups.
Mock-up designs can be used on sales pages, emails, app designs, promotional content and more.

Up to 3 banner designs = one project.
Banners can be used for headers or footers in promotional emails. These banners may or may not use mock-up designs (which will need to have been created in a previous project).
*If you are in a Design & Build retainer you can also request full email templates designed inside of your email marketing platform. Depending on the size of the template you will either receive one or two in a project scope and these would include the ‘banners’ as well.

Guides will be designed using the offer branding we’ve previously created so that everything remains cohesive.
If your guide is under 10 pages this is considered one project. If it is under 25 pages it is considered 2 projects.
If you are looking for an e-book or a ‘journal’ that is over 25 pages, the scope will be discussed on our call and could range from 3 to 5 (or more) projects depending on the size and the level of design required.

Design assets for a sales page may include a wireframe mock-up designed in Canva, which is an ‘umbrella’ view of the entire website page so that you can see the suggested page design before it is built out inside of your website platform.
This wireframe would provide fully designed images, backgrounds and mock-ups.
Project-wise, the scope varies so this would need to be discussed on our call. The wireframe may be a single project and then if you are in the Design & Build retainer, the build would be a separate project but again, that varies depending on the size of the sales page and how ‘designed’ we are making it.

If your guide is under 10 pages this is considered one project. If it is under 25 pages it is considered 2 projects.
If you are looking for an e-book or a ‘journal’ that is over 25 pages, the scope will be discussed on our call and could range from 3 to 5 (or more) projects depending on the size and the level of design required.
It is highly recommended that before designing a Guide, you have at minimum, the Basic Offer Branding completed so that everything can feel like it belongs together.

If your slide deck presentation is under 10 pages this is considered one project. If it is under 25 pages it is considered 2 projects.
If you are looking for a slide deck that is over 25 pages, the scope will be discussed on our call and could range from 3 to 5 (or more) projects depending on the size and the level of design required.
It is highly recommended that before designing a Slide Deck, you have at minimum, the Basic Offer Branding completed so that everything can feel like it belongs together.

The scope of this project will vary and is NOT considered a ‘one project’ experience. Usually a fully-branded App requires 1-2 months of projects as it can include:
Custom Logo
Welcome Page / Login Graphic
Onboarding Graphics (up to 5)
Home Page Content Squares
In-App Purchases Free Guide Square (1:1) Covers (up to 4)
Offer Graphics [more ways we can support you] (up to 4)
Custom Banners (3-5)

The actual project scope / design assets included varies depending on what type of physical marketing materials are required but these can include:
outdoor signage / logos
signage for events including table banners or retractable banners
flyers / postcards
business cards
merch / clothing / bag designs
oracle card designs
calendars
journals
pens / stickers / magnets
mailer list designs
The actual cost for printing is NOT included no matter what retainer you are in.
If you require an Adobe VECTOR graphic this may result in an additional cost and require another designer.
